Our Story

First and foremost, we will always be a 100% Natural, Free Range, and Local Premium Meat store at a fair price. We make this commitment to you, our valued customers, to ensure the utmost freshness and quality in all our Locally Sourced products.

Our first location, at 115 Lakeshore Rd West in Downtown Oakville, was opened in early 2011 by Owner Tom Stasiuk to a very warm welcome. Tom felt there was a very small offering of 100% Natural, Free Range, and Local premium meats in the marketplace, and if you were lucky to find it, the selection was lacking and prices out of reach for most.

“ I opened the Oakville Location somewhat for self-fish reasons to be honest.I could never source a premium Meat Store which carried Natural, and Free Range Meats, at a fair price. I thought, if I was seeking this product, definitely I am not alone.”

With his background in Restaurants, most recently with earth and globe restaurants and Peller Estates Winery, Tom was able to bring his Food and Wine knowledge to offer a twist in the typically uneventful meat purchasing experience.

I thought that if you always provide a fantastic product, with engaging and knowledgeable staff, with fair pricing, in a welcoming environment, the concept in itself should work.”
